The list below is not absolute and does not necessarily include all applicable local laws. Please ensure you can legally receive, possess and purchase individual items before ordering. Orders for firearms to restricted areas will be cancelled. At any time, we (Website Owner) reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. All firearm sales are final, no returns.

Please check your state and local laws for any applicable firearm purchasing regulation and limitation. By purchasing a firearm from Hurricanebutterfly.net, you agree that you are legally permissible to do so and to our terms and conditions for use and sales. Per Federal law, purchasers must be 21 years or older to qualify for the sale of a “handgun” and “other firearm” (receivers, frames, etc.) purchases. Purchasers must be 18 years or older to qualify for the sale of a “long gun”. Minimum State denoted age requirements regarding purchasing may apply.

Firearm Sales Restrictions:

California Firearm sales are prohibited entirely
Colorado Prohibits the sale of all firearms with magazine capacity exceeding more than 15 rounds, Shotguns that come with non-tubular magazines.
Connecticut State residents can only order bolt-action rifles and pump-action shotguns
Hawaii Prohibits the sale of handguns with magazine capacity exceeding more than 10 rounds
Illinois Cook County, City of Aurora, City of Highland Park Residents, firearm sales are prohibited entirely – Specified by zip code
FOID Cards are required for firearms and ammunition purchases. Alternately, a valid IL Concealed Carry License holder may present their license in lieu of the FOID card. Documentation must be e-mailed or faxed (253) 272-4740 prior to shipment.
Maryland Prohibits the sale of all firearms with magazine capacity exceeding more than 10 rounds. Only stripped AR lower receivers, no complete rifles or lower receivers
Massachusetts Firearm sales are prohibited entirely
New Jersey State residents can only order bolt-action rifles and pump-action shotguns
New York State residents can only order bolt-action rifles and pump-action shotguns.
No firearm shipments to FFL dealers in any of the following counties: Bronx, Nassau, Richmond, Kings, Queens, New York.
Vermont Long Guns – Prohibits the sale with magazine capacity exceeding more than 10 rounds
Handguns – Prohibits the sale with magazine capacity exceeding more than 15 rounds
Washington D.C. Firearm sales are prohibited entirely
